New Mexico and the Common Good

Working with service providers to make social change.

The Building Movement Project has partnered with communities in New Mexico for many years.

An important component of BMP’s engagement in New Mexico is the Common Good Action Project (CGAP), where teams from diverse organizations engage in peer learning through a cohort-based experience over several months.

The Building Movement team also conducted a series of surveys to learn more about the challenges and opportunities nonprofits encounter in New Mexico. Through these activities, communities come together to learn from one another, share training and resources, and think collectively about supporting New Mexicans advancing the common good.
