We are excited to announce that a profile of our series, “5% Shifts to Social Change”, was featured in this year’s winter edition of Working Strategies magazine.
The profile, written by BMP Co-Directors Frances Kunreuther and Sean Thomas-Breitfeld, discusses how evaluating the success of our original Process Guide led us to the concept of 5% Shifts, and how these small shifts can make a big difference in helping service organizations enhance client voice and power.
