Leadership for Feminist Movement Building Panel
January 1, 1970 @ 12:00 am
Spark together with Stanford University’s Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society (PACS), Michelle R. Clayman Institute for Gender Research, the Women’s Community Center and CDDRL’s Program on Social Entrepreneurship, will co-host an intergenerational conversation to address questions around leadership within the next phase of the women’s movement including what is the women’s movement, how the women’s movement operates and how we fund the women’s movement. The panel discussion will bring together a diverse group of different generations of academic leaders, practitioners and students (including Project Team member Helen Kim) who are grappling with these issues on the front lines. The ultimate goal of this project is to create intergenerational understanding and build a plan to develop the pipeline of leadership for the women’s movement in the 21st Century.
