Creating Change Conference

BMP co-director Sean Thomas-Breitfeld presented the preliminary findings from the 2016 Nonprofits, Leadership, and Race survey at the Creating Change conference in Philadelphia. Sean’s presentation focused on the 900+ LGBT respondents who were asked additional questions on their views of LGBT organizations, their leadership, and race. The session included commentary by Rebecca Fox (Wellspring Advisor) and Clarence Patton (The Pipeline Project), who gave their views of the survey findings and engaged the audience in dialogue about their questions, comments, concerns and ideas to help us shape the final report. !
