Capacity Building at a Crossroads: A National Convening

Trish Tchume, BMP’s Director of Civic Engagement, will present “Social Service and Social Change: Building Capacity for Civic Engagement” at the Alliance for Nonprofit Management’s 2010 Conference. This interactive workshop will highlight and offer instruction around the key role intermediaries and capacity builders can play in building a culture where nonprofits can be leaders – engaging clients, board members, volunteers and staff as active citizens, and addressing systemic issues that affect their lives.
