Building Common Ground: Nonprofit Leadership in Cross-Sector Collaboration

In the past few years nonprofits have been working to sharpen their skills to demonstrate how effectively they accomplish their mission-related goals. Now groups are beginning to address how to make changes in policies and norms to facilitate our ability to be successful in our work. This session, titled “Building Movement For Change” and led by Co-Director Frances Kunreuther, will address the steps necessary to building a movement from the ground up, the value in including diverse partners from other sectors in our coalitions, and what that means for our organizations, their missions, and our larger vision of the world we want to create.
