BB4C Pro Dashboard Launch for Capacity Builders and Consultants

Building Movement Project (BMP) is excited to announce the upcoming launch of Building Blocks for Change Pro (BB4C Pro), a resource for consultants and capacity-building professionals using the BB4C Race Equity assessment with their nonprofit clients. Building on the assessment framework, BB4C Pro offers a dashboard with digital tools and materials, technical assistance provided by BMP staff, and peer learning and practice opportunities.

Building Blocks for Change (BB4C) is an assessment designed to help nonprofits build the foundation to foster more racially equitable workplaces. The BB4C framework equips organizations with the insights to understand their culture and build more aligned teams. Organizations receive access to an anonymized digital survey, custom reports, and robust resources to accelerate their development and more effectively meet the needs of the communities they serve.
