2018 Washington State Nonprofit Conference

January 1, 1970 @ 12:00 am

TheĀ 2018 Washington State Nonprofit Conference is the only annual statewide gathering for nonprofit people. Join us for two days of intense learning with pre-conference deep dives about HR, finance, and risk management. Then come back the next day for the main conference, where youā€™ll attend interactive and thoughtful workshops, be inspired by Beth Kanter on rethinking well-being in the nonprofit workplace, and get to imagine new models for nonprofit management and leadership with a panel of three leading nonprofit experts.
Is the traditional model of nonprofit governance and management working? What new models would help us adapt to current conditions and foster greater innovation and collaboration? How can we mainstream fiscal sponsorship, hybrid organizations, social enterprise, shared leadership or other organizational or funding forms to get the work done that our communities most need. Changing times invite us to rediscover our assumptions, institutions, systems, and culture. Join us for the conversation led by Sean Thomas-Breitfeld.Ā

Panel:

Sean Thomas-Breitfeld, Co-Director of Building Movement Project

Vu Le, Executive Director of Rainier Valley Corps

Meagan Darrow, Deputy Director of TOGETHER!
