On November 29th, 2022, the Building Movement Project hosted a conversation with four New Mexican leaders on the planning, challenges and lessons learned from their Executive Leadership transitions and how they worked through them. 

Alicia Lueras Maldonado, Consultant at BMP, moderated a conversation with panelists T. Michael Trimm, Executive Director and Adrien Lawyer, Co-Founder and Executive Director Emeritus of the Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico along with Mónica Córdova, Board President and Jennifer Landau, Co-Founder and Executive Director of New Mexico Immigrant Law Center.

Sean Thomas-Breitfeld, BMP’s Co-Executive Director, presented on relevant findings from our Glass Ceiling, Glass Cliffs report.
