The Building Movement Project is part of a group of race equity practitioners and consultants convened by Equity in the Center at the end of 2019. Despite the challenging and unprecedented events of 2020, this community continued meeting together, learning from each other and defining our shared values as a growing field of practitioners committed to equity in our organizations, movements and society. The group developed the infographic below to articulate how those values connect to who we are, why we came together, and how we show up in our work to support one another and other organizations. This is the first in a series of resources that group plans to share with the field.
