The front page story in last week’s Chronicle of Philanthropy featured the staff of the SouthWest Organizing Project, along with their Executive Director, Building Movement Project Team member Robby Rodriguez. The article addressed the potential negative effects of a growing generation gap, and can be accessed on the Chronicle of Philanthropy website by subscribers.
In an accompanying piece featuring tips for addressing and dealing with generation gaps, Project Team member Helen S. Kim was quoted and recommendations from Working Across Generations (co-authored by BMP Director Frances Kunreuther, Helen S. Kim, and Robby Rodriguez) were included. Finally, data from the newly released What Works: Developing Successful Multigenerational Leadership was featured in another accompanying piece.
