Sean Thomas-Breitfeld recently submitted a piece to the Huffington Post on the challenges that progressives still face with the new administration in paving the way for change. Thomas-Breitfeld incites that the public’s ideology has not changed, “where our values (of equity and justice), principles (that good government is essential to securing the common good), and policies (like the public option in healthcare reform) are as likely to be regarded with suspicion by the public under the current Administration as they were under the previous one.”
Breitfeld submitted this article to the Huffington Post via the Progressive Ideas Network, an alliance of multi-issue think tanks and activist organizations working together to amplify the power of ideas in advancing today’s progressive movement.
