On October 19, 2023, Building Movement Project hosted a 60-minute webinar on our new Race Equity Assessment resource: Building Blocks for Change Pro (BB4C Pro) for Consultants. During the webinar, we conducted a demonstration of the BB4C Pro user dashboard, hosted a panel discussion with DEI professionals, Chante’ Chambers of Chambers North Star Consulting, and Monica Biswas of ProInspire, and answered participants’ questions.
BB4C Pro is a resource for consultants and capacity-building professionals using the BB4C Race Equity assessment with their nonprofit clients. Building on the assessment framework, BB4C Pro offers a dashboard with digital tools and materials, technical assistance provided by BMP staff, and peer learning and practice opportunities.
