What Works: Developing Successful Multigenerational Leadership webinar

January 1, 1970 @ 12:00 am

Many nonprofits are now contending with four generations at work, which can lead to conflict as opportunities for growth become more limited. At the same time, programs that increase employee skills, leadership options, and ultimately satisfaction have been cut, and employees are looking to move on. Further, as tension grows, important lessons can be lost. Fortunately, there are key practices and policies that can alleviate these tensions and improve work across generations. Based on a national survey and case studies, this interactive webinar, led by Caroline McAndrews will explore the types of organizations and leadership needed – across generations – to make significant social change, policies and practices that promote shared learning and decision-making, and strategies for how to apply these findings to your own organization.
