Info Session: New Race Equity Assessment

Join this webinar on February 16th, 2023 at 1 pm ET to learn more about our new Race Equity Assessment: Building Blocks for Change (BB4C) and how it can support your efforts to cultivate a more racially equitable workplace. During this 60-minute webinar, BMP will provide a BB4C overview and host a moderated panel discussion with Gita Gulati-Partee and Annie McKay, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) professionals, and a BB4C-participating nonprofit organization. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in Questions & Answers with BMP and BB4C participating partners.

Building Blocks for Change (BB4C) is a nonprofit assessment process designed to help nonprofits build the foundational capacities needed to foster more racially equitable workplaces. BB4C offers a comprehensive and affordable assessment to anonymously capture and understand the experiences of everyone at the organization. Equipped with invaluable insights, nonprofits are better positioned to have important conversations and engage in meaningful action to embed race equity into all facets of the organization.
