In 2024, Building Movement Project stood alongside our colleagues on the frontlines of social movements and nonprofits, supported the building of solid infrastructure for our sector, and published timely research to help the movement understand the moment in real-time. Here is a snapshot of all we’ve accomplished this year.
BMP Futures Fund
In 2024, BMP launched the Futures Fund as an investment in the next chapter of our organization, as we thanked long-time co-executive director team, Frances Kunreuther, and Sean Thomas-Breitfeld, for their leadership and welcomed our new executive director, Janis Rosheuvel. Thank you to all the individual and institutional donors who contributed to this initiative. Your gifts position BMP to anticipate and address emerging challenges.
Looking Ahead
As we close out 2024, BMP extends our deepest gratitude to our partners, funders, and supporters. Together, we are building a future rooted in justice, equity, and solidarity. Building on 2024’s successes, we are setting the stage for even greater impact in 2025.
