Dumont Walker (he/him) is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience driving impact in the nonprofit sector. With a career rooted in social change, Dumont has developed a specialty in crafting strategic, story-driven content that not only engages but inspires action.

Most recently, he served as the National Communications, Programs, and Projects Director for a leading national nonprofit, where he led a multidisciplinary creative team in producing high-impact, data-informed campaigns. In this role, Dumont worked closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to align national strategy with local implementation—developing acquisition pipelines, deepening stakeholder engagement, and reaching historically underserved communities.
