Organizational Change Tools
Building Blocks for Change (BB4C) helps nonprofits understand how staff experience race equity within their organizations and where opportunities for meaningful change exist. Rather than auditing policies and procedures, BB4C centers staff experiences across four key capacities: Learning, Leadership, Conversation, and Voice. The assessment gives organizations a clearer picture of their strengths and challenges and helps identify the changes needed to build more inclusive and racially equitable workplaces.
