SENIOR RESEARCH MANAGER

Full time. Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000

We are seeking a Senior Research Manager who will work on our national projects focused on nonprofit infrastructure and leadership (including our 2022 Race to Lead survey and resulting reports), and movement building (including interviews of leaders of movement supporting organizations). In addition, the Senior Research Manager will provide occasional research support to the full range of BMP’s work, including service and social change (Tools to Engage), SolidarityIs, and our place-based projects in Detroit and New Mexico. The Senior Research Manager will work closely with BMP’s Co-Directors and senior staff members, and will supervise the Research Analyst.

DIRECTOR, RACE EQUITY ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Full time. Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000

We are also looking for a Director to promote, implement and expand our racial equity assessment process for nonprofit organizations. The assessment process involves a survey of all staff, a custom narrative report (generated by algorithms), and materials/tools to support cross-organization cohorts and internal change agents. The Director will work closely with BMP’s Co-Directors and a highly qualified team of staff and consultants to spread race equity practices throughout the sector and help nonprofit organizations become more equitable workplaces.
