Equipping nonprofits to advance social change

Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits National Speaker Series: Race to Lead

Apr 26, 2018

The nonprofit sector is experiencing a racial leadership gap with less than 20% of CEO/ED positions held by people of color. Learn how our sector can change the narrative of the problem
and develop new strategies. By embracing this imperative, the sector can align our social justice principles with our operating practices. This is one installment of the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofit's year-long Beyond Tolerance series focused on educational events and on-line tools that nonprofits can use to advance their awareness of and efforts in diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Join us for this thought provoking and energy charged session to learn how nonprofit leaders can bridge the divide and embrace the systems, culture and behavior changes that will align our sector with the values of diversity, inclusion, and equity.
